I have a particular help topic when people fill out a custom form that I would like that ticket to Autoclose as it is an information only.

Is there a way to accomplish this?


  • Admin panel -> Manage -> Ticket Filters

    Under Filter Rules:
    Topic ID = the idea that you want to close. (I beleive that this is the topics id #)

    Under Filter Actions:
    Set Ticket Status: Closed.
