Hello all, I thought that putting agents in the same department would allow them to see all tickets for that department regardless if the ticket is assigned to them or not?We have a supervisor that is an agent and needs to oversee all tickets for a given department. When this supervisor logs in he sees 0 tickets on "Open Tickets" If this is not the proper way to do this, how would this be done, as most every ticket system needs to be supervised , thus someone needs to be able to see all tickets for everyone.Thanks..
