Hi folks,first of all, thanks a lot for this powerful tool! I am new to osticket and am configuring it for a client of mine.Now my question is already described in the subject. The background is that there are agents who sometimes should be reviewed by the teamleader before her answer will be send. Somehow I saw a review feature, but I cannot find it anymore. Also I am not sure if it does what I am looking for.If not, this could be a nice suggestion. But if there is such a feature, I am very curious about your experience and how to implement it.Thanks again for your help!
