Adding Field from Custom Form on Ticket Header List
I tried to search this for a couple of days now, but still no luck. My question is, it is possible to add a new field from a custom form on the ticket header?.
I have a custom form with a value of "Person Affected", Department, Location, etc., I want to add the "Person Affected" column in the middle of Subject and From column.
I'm using v1.10
