Error When Create a Ticket on Osticket 1.9.12

Hi,

I have a problem when i create a ticket with some category but not to all. The error is "Unable to create the ticket. Correct the error(s) and try again" but i don't see the error comment on Form. When i check logs, sometimes i see error "DB Error #1054".
I use Osticket Ver 1.9.12 and my database use MariaDB

Please Help.

  • Have you got a screenshot? Have you changed your forms at all?
  • Yes, i had some changed with my forms. That's weird, because sometimes it works sometimes it failed.
    Please see the screenshot below. I had translate my forms to Indonesian language.

  • Please reinstall the stock core files and try again.

  • delete the files that you in your folder except for /include/ost-config.php.

    download the core files from osticlet.com/download.

    unarchive them.

    upload them to the folder that you just deleted the contents of.

    A: Yes.

    A: Yes code customizatrions, and No configurations (they are saved in the database).
