[resolved] Predefined Tickets

Hi,
is there a way to define ticket templates with different basic information, let's say a kind of "quick tickets"?

For example:
We have a lot of standard requests like:
- Reset Password
- End User Session
- Unlock document

Is there a way to define kind of different ticket templates which can quickly applied to these standarized use cases? Least effort would be if the ticket input fields are depend on the preselected ticket template. Is this possible with standard osticket or a plugin?
