Hi all. I'm running a self hosted osTicket setup which is brand new. I'm using version 1.10. When I make a new account for a user they are receiving the account activation email but the link to click within the email doesn't work. It takes the users to a page which just says 'Not found The requested document was not found on this server.'Does anyone know what the problem could be please?

Hi, sorry for the lack of information. I will try to add what I can;PHP version is 5.6.31The email being used is what came with out domain, it's provided by 1&1. It is sending and receiving emails just fine.I will attach a text file with the information panel from the admin console.I would really appreciate any help I can get with this issue as it is preventing me from rolling out the helpdesk to my company.

I've tried to add all the information from the admin panel, but it says it's too big to paste here and the file attachment option doesn't allow text files or PDF for some reason.
Try creating a user for a test email account and seeing what link they get, maybe it's just a simple template error. Maybe you need to watch the server logs and click the link to see what the problem might be. Let us know.
