E-Mail Notification

Hi everbody,

Our supporter don't reveive notifications E-Mail when a customer writes an E-Mail.
The administrator and the Groupleader get the notification.
How can I check whats wrong'

    No environment details.
    No osTicket: email setup details.
    No osTicket: Autoresponder or Alerts and Notices configuration.

    There is no way anyone here can assist you with out more information.
