Hi Team,We have configured the Osticket successfully recently.In the IMAP settings, we have selected the option Fetched Emails: Move to Folder.But the above is not working as excepted.After creating the ticket, the system is moving the ticket to the defined folder.But after 10 to 15 mins, some of the emails are getting deleted from the destination folder.We have observed the same behavior for so many hours.we will get around 30 mails in one hour, but after creation of the tickets, we could see only around 10 of the emails only present in the destination folder.Could you please let us know, what is causing the issue.Thanks & Regards,Saikumar Kolli.
