I have 4 teams set up based on location:
Austin, FTC, Houston, and Palo Alto. I also have 4 departments with the same names. Each location has two roles assigned, an agent and an admin role. I do have agents that belong to more than one location. I am personally set up as an agent on the system as well and am a member of all locations as an admin.
Every once in a while I have tickets showing up in the "My Tickets" queue. They are always Palo Alto department tickets assigned to the Palo Alto team.
I cant figure out what I have set wrong, although I suspect it has something to do with how I have the departments and teams set up.
The end goal is to have the tickets visible to agents within a team, but My Tickets should only be showing tickets directly assigned to an agent, right?
