User Front End Empty Ticket

Hello,

I just setup 1.10 for the first time, made some minimal configuration for email and such.
After creating an organization and a  test uesr, I made ticket for that user.
I then made the users account and verified to gain access to the user portal.

After the user loggs  in, things look good but when you click on a ticket you get a bank screen.

So the user can't see, edit or reply to anything. ( see sreenshot )

On the admin side I of course do see everyrhing.

Any suggestions appreciated.

    osTicket Versionv1.10 (901e5ea) —  Up to date
    Web Server SoftwareApache
    MySQL Version5.6.35
    PHP Version5.6.30
    When I login I do see this in the error log:
    [20-Apr-2017 20:51:48 UTC] PHP Fatal error:  Call to undefined method ModelResultSet::rewind() in /home/supportiisg/public_html/include/client/templates/thread-entries.tmpl.php on line 6

    That looks like it resolve the issue.

    One question, do they not work fixes like that into small updates or is there an update schedule where it would eventually be in the current downlog?
