Hi all, Info about this Osticket Install is below: Osticket Version: 1.10 (901e5ea)Web Server: Apache 2.4.25Mysql version: 10.1.21. PHP: 7.0.15Mods/Plugins- LDAP Authentication- HTTP PassthruI'm trying to add a field for the Ticket Details form called time spent. I want agents to type in how much time they've spent on the ticket before resolving/closing it. I did it by going to Admin Panel - Manage - Forms - Ticket Details form, created another field called Time Spent, set the type to Short Answer. Under field configuration I set the settings to the following: - Enabled- Visible for agents- Editable for Agents- Enabled Data integrity. The issue I'm having is that when I go to a ticket, the field Time Spent isn't visible and there's a warning saying on the bottom of the ticket saying "This ticket is missing data on one or more required fields and cannot be closed". End goal is to get the agent to record how much time they spent on the ticket and based on my research this seems like the best approach. Maybe I've missed something simple but any assistance would be appreciated. If there are better ways to do it or if there's info about the setup missing, let me know. Thanks in advance.
