Did you also upgrade to the latest language pack? What happens if you remove your current language pack?

Thanks, I tried by removing the language pack and choosing english as default and got the same problem. I attach the pho log.

What version of PHP are you using, what SQL software are you using and what version?
So the PHP error is "Default exception handler: Can not read file, either file does not exist or permissions problems" but the path looks odd. Also its dated 24-Nov-2016
The mysql Log you provided is dated 2016-12-23
Do you have more recent logs?
