I've noticed if you are the member of a team that tasks assigned to that team won't show up in "My Tasks". Is that a configuration problem on my end, a bug, or intentional?
I think this is normal behavior. Just because there is a team assigned on a task, does not make it "My Task" unless you have a direct agent assignment to it as well (Claiming the task for example).
Yea, I want to mimmic the behavior for tickets. I'm working off this pull request to try and make it work. As of now I have it showing them if you browse to the my tasks section directly by URL. Need to get the menu to show "my tasks" and the correct number now...
