I have updated Osticket from 1.9.15 to 1.10 and now is very slow to display ticket information. It takes 9 seconds to display the data and mysql process is set to 60% of CPU. Is an index problem in the database?Información del servidorVersión osTicketv1.10 (901e5ea) — Hasta la fechaServidor del Software WebMicrosoft-IIS/7.5Versión MySQL5.7.1Versión PHP5.6.27
You could enable the MySQL slow query log and see what the query is so that I we can know what query is causing your slow down. Also how many tickets do you have in your system. What's the avg server load. How many pages is your server serving, etc.
Some people have reported the email verification can slow down some things. You could try to deactivate this setting to see if it has an impact on your issue:->Admin Panel->Settings->E-Mail->uncheck "Verify email address domain"
Thanks for your answers.I have a dedicated server to Osticket with 2008 server and there are only 250 tickets.I have enabled the mysql slow query and I attach my slow query file. This setting "vifiy email address domain" is not active. Thanks.

I've asked the devs to take a look at this...
I found the problem. I have updated mysql 5.7.1 to 5.7.17 and now everything is very fast.Thans very much.
Glad you were able to resolve this, please open a new thread if you run into any other issues. I have closed this thread and marked it resolved.
