Hello All,
We have been using the Ticket system for quite some time - adding things to it. We mostly use it for IT but we added help topics with custom forms for maintenance department so staff could put down which building they are in and the location for repair.
They would like me to add a column to the /include/staff/ticket.inc.php so that if the ticket belongs to maintenance, add those two columns so they can quickly look at it.
I only want to show those two columns if they are from the maintenance department - so I'm thinking I have to do this:
1. Query to see if the staff member is part of "maintenance"
2. If maintenance, then display the two columns
Does this sound right?
