Hi i would like to suggest to add a new ticket status filtered by per department..Like on Purchasing Department they can only see status Ticket status: Open For Approval For Quotation For Purchase For DeliveryMarketing Department they can only see status For Design For Layout For PrintingCustomer Service Department they can only see status Open Resolved ClosedI did put this Statuses on the current system but it appears in all department and some status are not related to them.
