Hi Guys,I'm new to this, so I hope this is in the correct place and that I include enough information. Please correct me if not. I am a low-level support tech for a school. Last year we implemented osTicket as our ticketing system. Installation details as follows:osTicket version - v1.10 (901e5ea)Windows Server 2012R2Web Server - Microsoft-IIS/8.5MySQL - 5.7.12PHP Version - 5.6.16The problem we are having is that when we do an advanced search on a custom form with a custom list it doesn't return any results. For example: A particular Help topic has a custom for called 'Server Type'. This form contains a custom list called 'Server Type' which contains the items "Windows, Linux, OS X etc.". The idea being that we can search for all tickets with a particular type of server. However when I go to Advanced Search - Add Other Field - Server Type and choose Includes - Windows, I get no results. Even though I know that there are tickets with this attribute. The same thing happens if I create a custom form with 'Choices' and add a list that way. The 'has a value' and 'does not have a value' search function works. If I create a custom form with each item as a check box then I get search results. Any help or pointers on where I should look to troubleshoot is appreciated. I have tried google and the forum and did find something but now I can't find it again. It was a bit above me to be honest.
