Configure priority drop-down list to create tickets

Hello,


I appreciate your collaboration indicating where I can configure a drop-down list of tickets priority and that it appears at the time of creating the ticket for the user to choose the priority that he has for the case

  • Admin panel -> Manage -> Forms -> Ticket Details

    Add a label (Priority)
    in Type: Select Priority
    in visibility select who you want to see the field.
    in Variable type Priority.
    Click Save Changes.

  • Thanks for your answer, but I want know, how do I change that list and that does not appear urgent and to change normal by average?

  • You cannot change this in the osTicket UI, and changing it at the DB level would likely have repercussions.  Especially since you can map email priority to Priority.
