Hello guys,I have a really weird problem with our installation of osTicket. So far, we never had problems regarding notifications as we only used them internally between agents. Now we want to change that and involve our users more, including them being able to create tickets and answers via the web portal. Here is where the problems began to emerge. And boy are they strange. If a user creates a ticket via the web portal, he gets the mail template he should. If an agent creates a ticket for the same user, he gets the mail template he should. Now we would like to only reply in the ticket itself and not send an extra mail to them. That should still trigger the "new message" notification right? Well it does not. It also does not trigger when sending a mail (which would have them end up with the mail AND the new message notification...). In that case they ONLY get the normal mail though, no notification template. PHP error log shows nothing, mails are also sent within the same domain (so no relaying to unknown domains) and as I said, he does get the alerts for new ticket created.Some facts about our environment:Web Server: Windows 2012R2Apache 2.4.10PHP 5.6.3MySQL 5.6.21Exchange 2016I really hope someone here can help me, as this issue is such a strange one.Best regards,Martin
