Is it possible to create tickets to multiple customers so that each ticket has same initial problem description text but different customer email address? I have a list of customer email addresses and a description text and I need to create tickets for all those customers. They need to be separate tickets, because they will be closed/resolved separately depending on the customer case. How can I do it with osTicket?
