Manually created ticket lost
after creating a ticket manually, a confirmation email was sent to the ticket owner, as well as the agents but it does not appear in the ticket overview. If i want to access the ticket via the login link from the mail or the ticket ID, the error "Zugang verweigert. Kontaktieren Sie Ihren Administrator wenn Sie glauben, dass dies ein Fehler ist" is shown.
The logs show nothing, except an auto cron for the time, when the ticket was created.
When i tried manual creation again today, new tickets were created as usual.
