Reply email show no body text

I'm on osTicket (v1.10)   on a centos server

There is a issue with forwarded messages

The message body is not shown for some email like the  Yahoo! Mail AntiSpam Feedback i have added a sample below. Which is basically a reply on the original html email with a line added on top stating: This is an email abuse report for an email message from xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.com on Tue, 03 Jan 2017 10:14:18 +0000'

How can i view the body text, without going to the original gmail inbox ?

    A: I do not think that you can the actual body would have been imported into the body of the ticket.  But it also looks like the "content" of your email is only: "This is an email abuse report for an email message from xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.com on Tue, 03 Jan 2017 10:14:18 +0000"

    comes the whole html part which i snipped as it would only clog the screen.
    I guess i should have mentioned that sorry 4 that.

    In short the process:
    We send a mailing
    A Yahoo user marks it as spam ( instead of unsubcribe even though we have double opt-in)
    Yahoo Feedback sends us a reply on that offending email with the line "This is an email abuse report etc "
    The mail gets into the gmail inbox  and it is readable  

    Osticket imports the mail
    The ticket only shows the one "This is an email abuse report etc " line
    The ticket does not show the html message (our original newsletter/email)   so we can not unsubscribe the the user.
