Install language pack

Hello everyone, I have followed the instructions of the portal to install the Spanish language package in osTicket but it still does not work, I am using version 1.9.15

     I am using osTicket v.1.9.15 and I donwloaded the language pack from   I put it in the folder include/i18n And when I go to the portal, my preferences, does not appear the option to select Spanish, only appears English or browser preferences.
  • Did you install the language pack in osTicket?
    I dont recall where that would be in the old version but in 1.10 it's at: 
    Admin panel -> Settings -> System Languages.

    Did you enable it in your Agent profile?

  • Yes, I installed the pack in osTicket and enabled the agent profile and does not appear the option for select spanish.
  • I made some changes and now the option of Spanish appears but when selecting it still everything is still in English.
  • Please provide screen shots of those areas showing that you have done it.

    Screen shot 1 and 2 I get.  
    But whats that black line with ES langs.php and
    Is that your directory of /include/i18n?

    Also you haven't told us what version of PHP your running, webserver, etc.
