have done a new installation and already that problem I do not have it,
it seems that as I update from a previous version something does not
update well, but if I have noticed that when the form has a ckeckbox,
although the agent can not modify it by configuration, when Edit
the ticket for said agent, even if you do not modify that field it is
modified automatically, to solve it I had to change the type of field to
list
