Using osticket v1.10
When using canned responses it is my wish to use a custom mail subject.
now ive got a nice subject on reply (set in settings) but on using canned responses it still uses the same reply-subject.
For example : a issue has been resolved, next day i send a canned response to ask the customer to fill in a customer satisfaction survey.
Using the canned response i want to change the standard subject to : Survey on #454542 ..
is this possible ??
