Is it possible to change the view of the open ticket? I use the custom form for filling the ticket but not all that field is in the open ticket view. Hope someone will guide me so that all information will appear on the open ticket. thank you.
No, there is no "custom ticket view' concept in osTicket UI at this time. Also all fields that have data in them are displayed on the ticket view.
thanks for the response @[deleted] hmm seems like my custom form data on opening a ticket by guest doesn't displayed on the ticket view. except for the default info.
Then its empty or not part of the Ticket Details or not associated with the help topic of the ticket.
some custom form on ticket details are just a choices/dropdown answer. but not all are appearing in the ticket view. but anyway I will try to check it again. thanks ntozier.
