Hi,I was search a plugin for evaluate a AGENTS after finish or close the support tickets.(evaluate with starts or points)Have a similar plugin to do this? Users, after finished the ticket, evaluate the Agent.
This is not a feature of osTicket at this time. The only way that I can think of that you would be able to do something like this would be to use a 3rd party survey system, and canned responses that provide a link to the system and push the ticket id to the survey system.
