Time, Due Date "Error"


I have a problem with the due date, when I open a new Ticket.
Five times the same value.

Help me pls :))

  • Hi, i've checked my settings, everything is default.

    OSTicket 1.9.12
    System: Debian
    PHP 5.6.20

    I changed the language to default (eng), but it still be the same.

    Here are my time settings:

    My Log is also clear. I see only my cronjobs.

  • Please upgrade to current (which is 1.9.14 as of this reply) and retest.

    your settings is wrong.
    Time format "H:m" mean "Hour:month" (with leadings zeros). That is your 01 as DueDate (realy 010, but last number is disabled).
    Change this for "H:i".
