Hi everyone,I hope I am posting this in the correct category.I just moved the company I work for from OTRS 3.0 to OSTicket 1.9.14. So far we are liking it but missing a few features that OTRS had. The two things are email alerts when someone takes ownership of a ticket and a ticket closed alert. Is there any way to add that to OSTicket?With OTRS the customer and all agents got an email when someone took ownership. And when the ticket was closed, the customer would get an email that the ticket is closed.Any help is appreciated.
