You will need your msql datbases (with root password they used if they were managing it for you. Then, I would create the OSTicket server that you want to use locally (same version as hosted version). Once created, use phpmyadmin to remove all tables from the database that was created on install. Use: mysql -u root -pmysql> use osticketdb;mysql> source database_backup.sqlThat worked for me; was able to create a new server run OSTicket v1.9.14 and restored it with our existing databases in about 40 minutes total.
