    Version of osTicket?
Client or Staff side or Both?
  • Version is v1.9.14 and need to customize both sides.

  • Client side I think is at \css
    Staff side is at: \scp\css\
  • Hi ntozier,

    Thanks for the response!

I need to add class names to the custom rendered input fields.I know the CSS file paths.
  • That would be a tremendous pain in the [censored].  The forms are rendered on the fly based on the contents in the DB... so you would have to check the result, add the appropriate class="foo" to each thing based on what it is.  I wouldn't even know where to begin to do something like that.
