when i login as agent i will see in my open and closed ticket tab, all the ticket made by me as guest and agent. and all the ticket assigned to me. is it possible?? please help
When you log in you would see all the tickets that were opened using your email address.You would not see any tickets opened by your agent account for another email address. So No that is not possible.

You may be able to modify the source to do this, but I have no idea where you would start to do such a thing and I do not feel that it would be trivial.
