When a customer adds a ticket, he should get the auto response email -"SUPPORT TICKET #13343 ADDED"But this email is not going. How to fix this ?everything else works fine.
When a ticket is opened the user (customer) is sent a "New Ticket" email. Unless: 1. you disabled it2. you didn't configure email (and phpmail does not work on your sevrer)Check to see if its disabled at:Admin panel -> Settings -> Autoresponder
