I'm running stock version of osTicket 1.9.12 under PHP 5.5.34. The Reply Separator Tag is set to the default "-- reply above this line --". Strip Quoted Reply is enabled.The Response/Reply Template is stock: http://pastebin.com/WSs5QvmCHowever, when an agent replies to a client's ticket, the Reply Separator Tag never shows up in the email, so when clients reply to agent replies, osTicket can't strip the quoted reply.Any ideas?
