Summary: When a client tries to open a ticket, and he selects a Help Topic which has an associated form, the form is loaded correctly. However if now he selects a different Help Topic which has associated another form, then a 404 is returned for the Ajax call.Repro:Go to the Client's PortalOpen a new ticketSelect a Topic with an associated form(The form is loaded correctly)Select another Topic with another associated form(Nothing happens, ajax returned 404)Result:Ajax call returns 404 for an URL like this: https://HOSTNAME/ajax.php/form/help-topic/11?7dac67887eff7400%5B%5D=&653a0488deab90e0%5B%5D=1Expected: Ajax call must return 200 and load the second form correctly, using an URL like this: https://HOSTNAME/ajax.php/form/help-topic/11Environment:OsTicket 1.9.12Nginx 1.4.6PHP 5.5.9CGI Path Info = 1Server setup: # # Required OsTicket Options for Nginx # set $path_info ""; if ($request_uri ~ "^/api(+)") { set $path_info $1; } if ($request_uri ~ "^/scp/.*\.php(+)") { set $path_info $1; } if ($request_uri ~ "^/ajax.php(+)") { set $path_info $1; } location ~ ^/scp/ajax.php/.*$ { try_files $uri $uri/ /scp/ajax.php?$query_string; } location ~ ^/api/(?|tasks).*$ { try_files $uri $uri/ /api/http.php?$query_string; } location ~ ^/ajax.php/(.*)$ { try_files $uri $uri/ /ajax.php$query_string; }Notes:I know Nginx is not supported but I am still looking for humble help on this, also wishing that Nginx be officially supported if all of us help each other. I've already read several forum posts and comments on Github, with no luck for this special case.
