Dear All,
I'm using OSTicket 1.9.5v and I've enabled "Overdue Alerts" as follows.
Assigned Agents/Team - EnabledDepartment Managers - EnabledDepartment Members - Enabled
And default SLA Plan also enabled but I'm (Admin) person who getting "Overdue Alerts" but other Agents not received.
Note: All Agent could be login as an End Users here.
