I desire that when Agent 1 Logs in he ( and his team ) see only Facilities requests for only the High School. When agent 2 logs in, he (and his team) only sees facilities requests for the Elem. School. When agent 3 logs in, he (and his team) will only see technology support requests regardless of location. I also only want the Elem School team members to get alerts for tickets assigned to just the elem school facilities, likewise, the HighSchool facilities team will their requests.What adjustments do I need to make to do this? Am I missing a step? Any thoughts would be appreciated...Thank you
