hello all,I'm trying to have my Osticket installation automatically download mail and subsequently send out the auto-reply (thank you for your email) message.Everythings setup, but it only downloads mail and sends the autoreply if staff are logged into the OSticket area. If everyone is logged out, nothing happents. This is the Cron command i'm running/usr/bin/php-wrapper /usr/www/users/helpaxZZZZ/api/cron.php(i'v just modified my username in the above example)as per my web host instruction,To execute a PHP script located within your public_html: /usr/bin/php-wrapper /usr/www/users/your-FTP-user/path/to/script.phpAnyway, the cron seems to run and kicks out the following result:X-Powered-By: PHP/5.6.13-hetz1Set-Cookie: OSTSESSID=l4j8clqit6kjc37piahaucqp27; expires=Thu, 01-Oct-2015 20 GMT; Max-Age=86400; path=/Expires: Thu, 19 Nov 1981 08 GMTCache-Control: no-store, no-cache, must-revalidate, post-check=0, pre-check=0Pragma: no-cacheContent-type: text/html; charset=utf-8However, email does not download. Not sure if i'm missing anything here?OSticket version: V1.9.11Mail Sending: phpMail functionsMail Fetching/Receiving: POPPHP version: 5.6
