I feel like maybe I'm just missing something simple here.What I want to do is have a different Ticket Alert hit my agents when a ticket is opened with specific Help Topics.So if the user picks HelpTopic1 and fills out the form associated with that, then the e-mail that is sent to the agents can contain some of the information from those fields.I've created an e-mail template, but I have no idea how to assign that template, to send when that specific help topic ticket is created.
