We are having issues with anything related to email
templates. When clients try to register for an account they receive an error email that says: "registration-client: Unable to retrieve template.However, the account is actually setup but cannot be
verified since there is no verification link in the email. The System Log shows
the same error. If the same user attempts to perform a password reset this
error occurs: "Unable to send reset email. Internal error" The System Log shows the error: pwreset-client: Unable to retrieve templateAny help/thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
