Hello, First time poster.Here is my setup:osTicket Versionv1.9.12 (19292ad) — Up to dateWeb Server SoftwareApacheMySQL Version5.5.44PHP Version5.3.29I am using Fetching and Sending, and I have tried both IMAP and POP with and without the SSL. I can send emails using SMTP fine, and emails replied by the client are being sent to the mailbox (with the ticket number in the Subject), but osTicket never ammends the ticket. The client replies are lost to the system somehow. This is also true for opening a ticket directly by sending an email from a client to the main email address.Any help is appreciated,Thank you.
Do you have a cron job running to retrieve emails from the mailbox?
