Very strange.1. As an Admin-Agent with FULL ACCESS go and create a Task WITH a DUE DATE (say tomorrow).2. Transfer the task to a department that has been added to your profile.3. Assign the task to another admin that is in the transferred dept.4. All of the tasks details disappear and you can only then go back in and edit the title.5. If you do NOT have a due date, after saving it you can still see all of the details and are able to still post internal notes and replies etc.Even if you transfer the task and assign it back to you you cannot see any of the details and internal notesOther issues;- Once set there is no apparent way to edit the due date of a task.- Collaborators can be added to the task, but only Users. Other Agents cannot be added to the Tasks as collaborators.Is this by design? I thought that tasks essentially were an internal ticket system amongst Agents?Hope this can be corrected ASAP.
