Internal Message Flag

Is there a way to flag a ticket when a new internal message is posted by user?

Idealy, I would prefer transfers not to flag a new internal message, but a "post internal note" would be nice to flag.

using: 

osTicket (v1.9.8.1)

    A: when the user posts a new message the ticket subject becomes bold in the open ticket list.
  • I mistakenly said "posted by user". I meant "internal message posted by staff".

    When a staff member posts an "internal message" the only alert or indication i see is via email. The ticket system does not currently flag tickets with staff generated internal messages.
