I'd like to customize OST to include attachments in agent emails per my suggestion (http://forum.osticket.com/d/discussion//ability-to-include-attachment-on-agent-emails-v1-10rc2#latest).Unfortunately, after spending some time studying the code I can't seem to track down where the agent notification emails are actually sent. For example, for ticket replies the User and and collaborators are notified via code in the "postReply" function in the Ticket class defined in class.ticket.php. That function doesn't seem to do any of the other configurable alerts though (department manager, assigned agent, etc). I tried tracking this through the rest of the ticket and thread class but I'm lost.I'd greatly appreciate any guidance on where this notification code is so that I may customize it.
