More information:EnvironmentIssue - when creating a new ticket and searching for the user to assign the ticket to, only two letters are used to search no matter how many are entered. You can see in the screenshot that I am searching for a user named Renee, but in the results only the "Re" are highlighted in any result, and Renee does not show up on the list.For comparison, if I do a normal user search I can successfully find Renee.Hope this helps clear up the issue, and helps find a resolution.
