Hi,Since we updated to 1.9.11 we are having issues with tickets being created from one of our email addresses.We use 10 different email addresses, each with its own department. When we send email to 9 of the addresses, they work perfectly as they should do.Perhaps I should say, we collect mail from the boxes using POP3.For 1 email address (the default), the email gets sent and is received in the POP3 box, then osticket collects the mail from the box and deletes it. However, it doesn't create ticket in the desk and the sender doesn't get a confirmation.I have checked the OSTicket System Logs and there is nothing there. I have also checked there are no filters interfering with it and there aren't.Anyone have any ideas?Thanks
