We have a few large clients for IT Support. We have monthly meetings with them, which we will discuss all of the support requests that users from their organization have submitted. We can copy and paste the list in to excel and print / send it to them, but this is problematic when it comes to listing all of the replys and details.The clients want to be able to go in to the control panel, and have a look at the tickets themselves, including the internal notes. Is there a plugin that can do this, or a method in which we can setup additional "staff" members which can only see the one organization?Thanks,Joe
