I retreive request from an Exchange mailbox using POP. Users use Outlook (HTML set) as client.the newly created ticket starts with below text:xmlns="urn-microsoft-com"

xmlns="urn-microsoft-com" xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/office/2004/12/omml" xmlns="http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html40"> also the confirmation mail send to the agent contains the same lines.I guess it has something to do with HTML because if a request is send in plain text all is fine.before the update I did not have this problem.someone, any ideas?
