Thanks for a fine product! I have some observations / bugs, or might just be my own oversight on how to configure. Running on: osTicket v1.9.9-1-gbe2f138 (be2f138), Web Server Apache/2.4.7 (Ubuntu), MySQL 5.5.43, PHP 5.5.9-1ubuntu4.11When a user attempts account creation, a blank page is displayed in the situation that the user has already initially viewed the ticket using the auth link provided through email.Steps to reproduce:User opens a ticket, gets email, and view the ticket through the link in their email:http://myservername/support/view.php?auth=o1xaiaaaaenaaaaarWKtGyyX%2BpoJdQ%3D%3DThis works, users gets access using auth token to this individual ticket and views it. Users then wants to register using the "Looking for your other tickets? Sign In or register for an account for the best experience on our help desk.", this links to: http://myservername/support/account.php?do=createThis page shows up blank. No output at all.Closing the browser (losing session state) and reopening the same "do=create" URL directly works. The page is no longer blank, and registration is possible.
